Screaming Orcas Test Flight Group will always accept new applications. If no positions are open, however, we will keep your application for future consideration. Applications already in our system will be reviewed first before posting additional job openings; therefore it is in your best interest to submit an application immediately and have it on file. If you are not accepted for a job opening right away your application will remain in the system and will be considered for future job openings.

It is Screaming Orcas policy that all pilots who are new to the organization, to undergo a probationary period during which they will be introduced to the main duties and responsibilities of their post and the performance standards expected of them. If the employee is clearly not meeting the requirements of the job, the pilot may be released at any time during the probationary period. The probationary period does not apply to returning employees who have already passed the probationary qualifying flight. The probationary period, will be completed when the new pilot has completed one satisfactory test flight and is signed off on by a Chief Test Pilot or the assigned testing pilot.
